Condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Located on a very nice section of a beautiful beach, with views of the swimming pool from the balcony. The unit was nicely stocked with amenities in the kitchen as well as beach chairs/umbrellas, which were very much appreciated.
I had reached out via email twice a few days prior to our arrival to understand the check-in process. I did not receive any response from the host until 4 hours before check-in. Since we were flying in that day, it can be a bit stressful to not have this information since wifi can be spotty and unreliable. At a minimum, if the code cannot be given until the day of arrival I would have appreciated a response with the information detailing what to expect when we arrive. Also, it would be nice to have drinking water provided in the unit. The nearest place to get water at the OXXO is a good 15-20 minute walk on the beach. There are just a few restaurants within walking distance and breakfast was difficult to find on the first day.
